I cannot access my account or app data. What should I send?

Send the email used in-app, your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue. If possible include screenshots.

My purchase was confirmed by Apple but NeuralCoin is not updated yet.

Keep the app open for a short time, then use "Retry now" and "Restore Purchases". If still pending, send transaction ID, purchase time, app version, and screenshots.

What does "pending" mean after a purchase?

It means Apple purchase confirmation was received, but wallet credit finalization is still in progress on backend synchronization.

Can I receive duplicate NeuralCoin credits?

No. Purchase processing is designed with transaction deduplication and idempotency checks to avoid duplicate credits.

I tapped a package but no Apple purchase popup appears.

You may have a pending transaction or temporary network issue. Retry after pending transactions are resolved, then use restore if needed.

How do I request a refund for an in-app purchase?

Refund requests are handled by Apple through App Store channels according to Apple policies.

Why am I seeing "No ad to show" in reward flow?

This usually means ad inventory is unavailable at that moment. Please retry later.

I do not receive notifications. How can I fix it?

Check iOS notification permission, Focus mode, silent settings, and reminder configuration inside the app.

Can I use NeuralTask™ without granting all permissions?

Yes. The app works with limited permissions, but some features (calendar sync, reminders, contextual automations) may be reduced.

How do I request account or personal data deletion?

Email neuraltask@alessandrodigiusto.it with subject "Account/Data Deletion Request", or use in-app deletion if available. We may ask to verify identity.

Is NeuralTask™ a medical app or ADHD diagnostic tool?

No. NeuralTask™ is a productivity app and does not provide medical diagnosis, medical advice, or emergency services.

How can I report a bug effectively?

Include app version, iOS version, device model, exact steps to reproduce, timestamp, and screenshot/video if possible.
