Terms & Conditions of Use

Welcome to NeuralTask™. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the NeuralTask website (neuraltask.app) and the NeuralTask iOS app (collectively, the "Service"), where applicable. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

NeuralTask™ is an iOS-first productivity application and related website. The Service may include, depending on release/version/region:

• project/task planning and AI-assisted workflow features;
• optional integrations with Apple services/features (e.g., Calendar, Reminders, Notifications, Health, Location) only if enabled by the user through system permissions;
• website information pages and optional newsletter/launch updates subscription;
• rewarded ads, in-app purchases, and/or virtual credits ("NeuralCoin"), depending on the feature.

Some features may require an internet connection, third-party services, supported devices, or specific iOS capabilities. Features, pricing, monetization flows, and availability may change over time.

NeuralCoin is an in-app virtual credit/utility for certain app features. It is not legal tender, has no cash value, and is not a banked deposit or financial product.

The user agrees to:

• Use the Service lawfully and in compliance with applicable regulations;
• Not infringe the rights of third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, and privacy;
• Not attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, servers, APIs, or accounts related to the Service;
• Not interfere with, abuse, scrape, automate, overload, or reverse engineer the Service except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
• Provide accurate information when voluntarily submitting data (e.g., newsletter signup);
• Use AI-generated outputs, scheduling suggestions, and automation features responsibly and review important actions before relying on them.

The Owner may limit or suspend access to all or part of the Service in case of misuse, abuse, security risks, or violations of these Terms, without prejudice to mandatory rights under applicable law.

All content on the website and app (texts, trademarks, logos, design, code, images, UI elements) is owned by Alessandro M. Di Giusto or used under license, unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Subject to these Terms, users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app for personal lawful use. Third-party names, services, and trademarks (including Apple, Google, Firebase, AdMob, and StoreKit/App Store) remain the property of their respective owners.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, within the limits permitted by applicable law. The Owner does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, bug-free, or always available on every device, OS version, network, or region.

NeuralTask includes automation and AI-assisted features (including local and/or remote processing depending on device capability and feature flow). AI outputs, scheduling proposals, reminders, and behavioral suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for your situation. You remain responsible for reviewing decisions, calendar changes, reminders, and any actions taken based on app outputs.

Features related to wellbeing, energy, routines, HealthKit, and contextual insights are provided for productivity/wellbeing support only and are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

Rewarded ads, ad loading, and NeuralCoin crediting may be subject to ad availability, fraud checks, third-party platform policies, server validation, and connectivity. In-app purchases are processed by Apple under App Store / StoreKit terms and policies, including refunds where required by law or platform policy.

The Service may contain links to or rely on third-party websites, apps, SDKs, or services not controlled by the Owner (for example Apple services, App Store, Google/Firebase/AdMob pages, or other external resources). No responsibility is assumed for the content, availability, terms, or privacy practices of such third parties.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to the third party's own terms and policies.

Personal data processing relating to the website and app is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read it.

For data processing topics, the Privacy Policy prevails over these Terms in case of inconsistency.

The website may use technical cookies and similar technologies necessary for operation/security. Additional analytics or marketing technologies, if any, are used only where implemented and in compliance with applicable consent requirements.

If a dedicated cookie notice/banner or Cookie Policy is published for the website, it will provide more specific details and controls for the applicable technologies.

The Owner may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, technical, commercial, or product changes. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date (and, where appropriate, additional notice may be provided).

Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply based on the user's country of residence.

For disputes, the Court of Catania shall have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules provide otherwise.
