Welcome to NeuralTask™. By accessing or using this website and/or registering to receive updates about the app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to one or more points below, please do not use the site.

NeuralTask™ is a mobile application project under development. Currently, the website allows you to:

• Receive information about the project;
• Subscribe to the list to be notified of the launch and for possible beta-testing access;
• Optionally receive marketing communications, only if you have given your consent.

The app, once available on the App Store, may include free features and paid Pro versions, in-app purchases, and/or advertisements (ads).

The user agrees to:

• Use the website lawfully and in compliance with current regulations;
• Not infringe the rights of third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, and privacy;
• Not attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or servers related to the site/app;
• Provide truthful data at the time of registration.

All content on the website and app (texts, trademarks, logos, design, code, images) is owned by Alessandro M. Di Giusto or licensed. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

NeuralTask™ is currently under development. The Owner does not guarantee that the site or app are free of errors, bugs, or interruptions. Use is "as is" and at the user's own risk.

The site may contain links to external pages not controlled by the Owner. No responsibility is assumed for the content or practices of such sites.

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you declare that you have read and understood it.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any disputes, the Court of Catania shall have jurisdiction, except where consumer jurisdiction applies.
